Aviator Safety Help Centre

Choose the problem. Act on the evidence.

Use the checklists below for suspicious apps, stolen access, payment problems, unclear game settlements and loss-of-control concerns. The safest first step is usually to stop payments and secure the account.

What happened?

I installed an Aviator APK

Check permissions, remove device-admin access, uninstall the file and secure accounts from another trusted device.

Recovery steps

I shared an OTP or password

Assume the account is exposed. Change credentials, end other sessions and report unauthorised activity.

Secure the account

A deposit or withdrawal is missing

Separate an operator cashier issue from a game result. Preserve IDs and use the official dispute route.

Trace the payment

A bet or cash-out looks wrong

Check My Bets and the completed round record before repeating a wager or refreshing the page.

Check settlement

Someone sold me a predictor

Guaranteed signals, server access and recovery fees are common scam claims. Stop further payments.

Assess the claim

I need help controlling gambling

Pause play, block access where available and contact an independent gambling-support organisation.

Step-by-step help

Suspicious APK or predictor app
  1. Disconnect the device from sensitive accounts and stop entering information.
  2. Remove accessibility, screen-overlay, notification-reading and device-administrator permissions granted to the app.
  3. Uninstall it and run the phone’s built-in security scan.
  4. From another trusted device, change the casino and email passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
  5. Check account and payment history, then report anything unauthorised through official channels.
Shared password, PIN or OTP
  1. Change the operator password and any reused email password from a trusted device.
  2. End other sessions where the operator provides that control.
  3. Contact official support and state the time, channel and information exposed.
  4. Contact the payment provider immediately if money or card details may be affected.
  5. Keep screenshots, transaction references and correspondence.
Missing deposit or withdrawal
  1. Do not repeat the transfer until the first payment is traced.
  2. Record the operator transaction ID, payment reference, amount, currency and timestamp.
  3. Check pending, failed and completed states in both the operator cashier and payment wallet.
  4. Ask official operator support for the written status and expected next action.
  5. If unresolved, follow the operator’s complaint route and the relevant regulator or payment-provider process.
Missing bet, frozen round or unclear cash-out
  1. Open My Bets or account history and locate the exact round before wagering again.
  2. Record round ID, accepted stake, displayed cash-out and time.
  3. Use the game’s completed-round verification where available.
  4. Contact the operator because it controls the account balance and settlement support.
  5. Never pay a third party to “recover” a valid gambling loss.
Predictor, signals or recovery seller

Stop payment and do not install files or share access. Edited videos, selective results, vague calls and low-target streaks can make a service appear accurate. Completed-round fairness data cannot reveal the next coefficient.

Gambling no longer feels controlled

Stop the session and use operator deposit, loss, time-out or self-exclusion controls where available. Do not borrow, chase a loss or switch operators to bypass a limit.
