Practical red flags
An unknown personal number is not proof of an approved merchant.
Do not install a file from a message or undocumented domain.
A brand name alone does not identify your counterparty.
Dispute evidence pack
Save the domain, legal entity, account ID, merchant or wallet name, EGP amount, timestamp, payment reference, round ID, screenshots and written support response. Build one timeline before contacting the bank, wallet provider or relevant authority.
